9th Grade PE – wk of 2/8
Wow, we are off to a great start to the semester. Over the past few weeks, we discussed the compononents of health related fitness, the benefits the have on our body, and great prinicples that can guide our own individual fitness levels. Throughout the rest of the semester you will be engaging in multiple different workouts and games that will be used to help you reach your individual fitness goals that you set for your self.
